These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and r85 ("r85," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the r85 online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at https://r85.one and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with the r85 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on r85, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of r85 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the r85 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

r85 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by r85 may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the r85 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying r85 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that your account credentials are not shared with, disclosed to, or used by any other person.

r85 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

All financial transactions on the r85 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). r85 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• GCash – Instant deposit processing
• PayMaya (Maya) – Instant deposit processing
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) – Subject to bank processing times
• BDO (Banco de Oro) – Subject to bank processing times
• Metrobank – Subject to bank processing times

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. r85 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account, less any applicable processing fees.

r85 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. r85 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within two (2) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• r85 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

r85 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, r85 will notify you and may request additional documentation.

r85 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all r85 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• r85 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where required by regulatory obligations.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other manipulative practices – will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All games available on the r85 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by r85 or by players. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.

Each game on the r85 Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.

r85 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical malfunction or software error has affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• There is evidence that the game was played in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, including through the use of automated software, bots, or exploits.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules.

In the event of a game void, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. r85 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r85 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r85 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to r85 systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

r85 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the Platform without full self-exclusion.

All content on the r85 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of r85 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any r85 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of r85 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by r85.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, r85 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond r85's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

r85's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your r85 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude r85's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

r85 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the r85 Privacy Policy.

r85 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing financial transactions and preventing fraud.
• Complying with KYC, AML, and other regulatory obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Improving the Platform and personalizing your experience.

r85 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and technology partners strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations. r85 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r85 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting r85 customer support.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://r85.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your r85 account by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

r85 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, r85 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and where the breach involves fraudulent or illegal conduct.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and r85, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. r85 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
